Committee News

It will be three years in November, since our current committee was elected which means they are all at the end of their three year term. Belinda van der Merwe the current Chairman has already indicated that she will not be standing again. As Chair of the SAQCC Fire 1475 committee, her workload is intense and as she has completed 5 years as Chair of FFETA feels it is time to stand down and concentrate on one thing at a time.

Nomination forms will be going out in October. Currently meetings are held by Zoom. This does mean that if you are not locally based to the administration office, this should not deter you from putting yourself forward for the committee if you are interested.
